Client Support Manager

Are you good at bridging the gap between IT & Business, within an organization? Do you enjoy interfacing with external client partners and fostering business relationships? Access Development is seeking an Client Success Manager to support our growing clientele. As a member of the Client Success team, the Client Success Manager will work closely with stakeholders, internal and external customers, & product management to execute and meet our major client & internal growth needs. This position requires both a focus on understanding business needs and the skill to translate those into operational tasks. This person must have a roll up the sleeves positive attitude and a focus on achieving results as well as interface with Access’ client partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain strong & productive relationships with Internal Stakeholders and Customers in order to support timely and effective delivery of projects by:

  • Monitor, track and report project status and performance for client initiatives
  • Facilitates key tasks – often having to personally complete tasks to keep the ball rolling
  • Drive results individually and in a team setting
  • Coordinates meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Processes monthly invoicing for owned book of business
  • Conducts AR reviews and works with clients on payment collections
  • Assists with data input into sales tools
  • Proactively pulls and delivers reporting metrics
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth and/or highlight best practices
  • Coordinates client needs

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

This role is ideally suited for a CSR or administrative assistant with a sharp attention to detail and a can-do attitude, along with these requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years working as a Project Coordinator preferred
  • Strong internal and external client facing skills and experience
  • Experience working in an ad agency or software development company
  • Understanding of basic technical concepts and can speak to them with clients
  • Self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • A successful track record of managing multiple projects effectively
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms.
  • Solution oriented with a focus on innovative approaches to resolve customer problems and issues
  • Proven ability to execute projects and achieve desired results
  • Drive results individually and in a team setting
  • 5-10% travel
