IT Help Desk - Part Time

We are looking for a person to join our front line Help-Desk support team located in Salt Lake City, This position provides friendly environment to get hands-on experience working with enterprise level software and infrastructure while helping to support our 100+ employees. 

The IT Help Desk role requires beginner level of technical experience and is perfect for someone with a customer service background who enjoys helping non-technical people solve computer-related issues. 

This position also includes the opportunity to work with a Systems Administrator to improve network infrastructure, learn about workstation software management, and be part of managing a wide array of enterprise accounts.

This is a part-time position (20 hours a week) working in our Salt Lake City office.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide primary support for all corporate systems and networks for all end users, including desktop-level and application-level support
  • Provide primary support for corporate/call center phone systems
  • Create and maintain corporate user accounts
  • Maintain technology and A/V equipment in corporate conference rooms
  • Act as an apprentice to the Systems Administrators

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated positive attitude and excellent support/communication skills
  • Basic experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, customer support, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with Anti-Virus software and patching
  • History of working as a team player in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Honesty, Integrity, Character a must

Pluses:

  • Managing User Accounts / Groups in Active Directory
  • Familiar with the Office 365 Suite
  • Experience with Zoom
