Jr. Implementation Specialist

Access Development is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our growing Implementation team. In this role you will work with our newest clients through the onboarding process. Your primary focus will be to get them set up to start using our products and services as quickly and seamlessly as possible. In doing so, you will ensure that their first experiences with Access both exceed their expectations and set the tone for a successful, long-term relationship. This position requires both a focus on understanding business needs and the skill to translate those into operational tasks. This person must have a roll up the sleeves positive attitude and a focus on achieving results.


Develop and maintain strong & productive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support timely and effective deliver of projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Set up clients in Salesforce and other Access applications.
  • Set up client programs on our web and mobile apps.
  • Basic technical support for clients integrating with Access APIs
  • Sales engineering support from pre-contract through completion of implementation
  • Manage initial client billing & project scope changes
  • Oversee client-related implementation projects that fall outside of the typical client setup
  • Document & update documentation on implementation-related processes
  • Initial product training with client
  • Gather & report client feedback on implementation process


  • High school diploma or two years work experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute projects and achieve desired results – PMP/CAPM certification is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong internal and external client facing skills and experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Technical competency/ability to speak technically with clients and strong desire to learn/enhance technical skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • A successful track record of managing multiple projects effectively
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms.
  • Solution oriented with a focus on innovative approaches to resolve customer problems and issues
  • Drive results individually and in a team setting
  • Develop and give presentations for new business and internal customer needs
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Basic Photoshop skills

This position is full-time based in our Salt Lake City office, pay range $20-24/hr (DOE) with very cool employee benefits.
