Positive Education Program serves some of Northeast Ohio’s most vulnerable children. Like many non-profits, they sought to help employees stretch their paychecks. Access Perks provided a cost-effective solution to boost the purchasing power of their workforce, delivering meaningful value at a fraction of the cost of traditional benefits.

About PEP

Founded in 1971, Positive Education Program is one of the nation’s largest non-profit agencies serving children with severe social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Across day treatment centers, early-childhood programs, and in-home services throughout Northeast Ohio, PEP’s staff of roughly 400 educators, therapists, and clinicians work with some of the region’s most vulnerable kids.

Like most non-profits, PEP operates on tight margins. Grant dollars, Medicaid reimbursements, and private donations fund the mission, leaving little room for the kind of benefit perks that for-profit employers use to compete for talent.
